We hold weekly classes at our own venue:

Calisthenics is a yearly commitment with Classes running from the beginning of February through to November with Team competitions running from July to October (3-5 competitions)
Classes run through school holidays & extra practices may be held.

TOTS 3-5yrs (Born 2023-2021) Preschool
Saturdays 9.00am-10.00am
Our Tots have weekly classes from February through to November and learn three items each year: Freearm, Rods and Song & Dance (all in the one class). With plenty of fun along the way, classes focus on learning the basics of calisthenics while building coordination, fine and gross motor skills, musicality, listening and memory. Tots love the chance to shine on stage, performing four times throughout the year and at our end of year showcase.
TINIES 5-7yrs (2021-2019)
Saturdays 10.15am-12.15pm
Our Tinies classes run weekly from February through to November and they learn four items each year: Freearm, Rods, Aesthetics and Song & Dance (all in the one class). With a strong focus on skill development, technique, strength, flexibility, teamwork and friendship, these fun-filled classes encourage confidence and a love of performing on stage. Tinies perform in four competitions during the year and shine again at our end of year showcase.
SUBJUNIORS 8-10yrs (Born 2018-2016)
Saturdays 12.30pm-3.30pm
Our Subjuniors classes run weekly from February through to November and learn six items each year: March, Clubs, Freearm, Rods, Aesthetics and Song & Dance (All in the one class). With a strong focus on skill development and performance, these fun and nurturing classes build technique, strength, flexibility, teamwork, commitment and friendship, while encouraging a love of performing on stage. Subjuniors perform in five competitions during the year and shine again at our end of year showcase.
JUNIORS 11-13yrs (Born 2015-2013)
Mondays 5.00pm-8.00pm
Our Juniors classes run weekly from February through to November and include six items each year: March, Clubs, Freearm, Rods, Aesthetics and Cal Revue (all in the one class). These fun and nurturing classes build strong technique, strength, flexibility, teamwork, commitment, self-confidence and friendships, while inspiring a love of performing on stage. Juniors currently perform in five competitions throughout the year in the Premier Division and finish the season at our end of year showcase.
INTERS 14-17yrs
Thursdays 6.15pm-9.45pm
Our Inters classes run weekly from February through to November and include six items each year: March, Clubs, Freearm, Rods, Rhythmical Aesthetics and Dance Arrangement (all in the one class). These dynamic classes develop advanced skills, strong technique, flexibility, strength, and performance quality, while fostering teamwork and confidence in a positive environment. Inters perform in five competitions throughout the year in Division 1 and finish the season at our end of year showcase.
SENIORS 16yrs+
Tuesdays 6.30pm-10.00pm
Our Seniors classes run weekly from February through to November and include six items each year: March, Clubs, Freearm, Rods, Rhythmical Aesthetics and Dance Arrangement. With a strong focus on advanced technique, strength, flexibility and performance quality, these classes provide a supportive and challenging environment for experienced performers. Seniors currently compete in five competitions throughout the year in the Premier Division and conclude the season at our end of year showcase.
Previous calisthenics experience is recommended.
MASTERS 26yrs+
Wednesdays 7.00pm-10.00pm
Our Masters classes run weekly from February through to November and include six items each year: March, Clubs, Freearm, Rods, Aesthetics and Cal Revue. These fun, welcoming classes are perfect for those returning to calisthenics or trying the sport for the first time, with a strong focus on fitness, flexibility, strength and performance skills in a supportive environment. Masters perform in five competitions during the year in Division 2 and finish the season at our end of year showcase.
No calisthenics experience is required.
PRE SCHOOL CLASSES (18 months+)

TBC Term 3/4
These sessions provide a fun and supportive environment for little ones to develop coordination, fine and gross motor skills, musicality, listening skills and memory, all while learning the basics of calisthenics.
Our wonderful Tots coach Alex, leads each class with care and enthusiasm.
$10 a class pay as you go!!

Black leotard (any style)
Black/Flesh coloured footless tights, leggings or shorts
A black crossover can be worn for colder weather (please no big bulky jumpers with hoods etc for safety)
Hair is to be neat and tied back off the face (pony tail or bun preferred)
All fees incorporate the following:

Come n' try classes will be running in October/November 2026.
We offer a Come n' try class before we ask you to register. Registration is via our RevSport database, a link will be made available to you at your Come n' try class.
Bring a drink Bottle & small snack (younger sections only)
Rod, practice skirt & clubs (NA Tots/Tinies) These are all available for purchase at the club
COACHING STAFF
Coaches are appointed on an annual basis.
Our Coaches are fully qualified with Development and Foundation Coach accreditations with Calisthenics Victoria, hold Level 2 First Aid Certificates, current Working with Children checks and Child safety Certificates.
They are required to continually update their skills (including first aid and child safety) by attending meetings and seminars conducted by Calisthenics Victoria.
Berwick CC runs a well-supervised Class assistant and Foundational coach program for participants aged 13 years and over who aspire to one day become a coach.
